The Rest of December

We had so much fun while we were in St. Louis over Christmas. We did so many things that this is going to be a long post...but one filled with many many pictures!
Here are some pictures from the Science Center in downtown St. Louis
Tanya making a tower...
only to have Colby sit on it and crash it to the ground.
Cameron working on trying to scoop things up...however he said the machine was broken because it wasn't working right...
However, Tabatha had no problem getting it to work...ha ha ha!
There is a walkway over the highway where the kids were able to look through down to the cars driving by....I think we could have stayed there the whole time because they loved it!
They had a little corner of the center that had a few chairs and lots of books. Here is Carson and Colby listening to Aunt Tabatha reading them a story.
Daddy and Colby enjoying all the fun that the center had!
With the HUGE dinosaur...Colby was making the noise of the T-Rex
Our next stop later that night was to the St. Louis Zoo. At night they turn on a bunch of Christmas lights, it's called Wildlights. It was really really cold that night, as you can see how bundled up we are, but we still had lots of fun!
Go round and round...who's more excited?
Colby and I next to the snake...he loves making the "ssss" sound
The whole Family!
On another day when it was raining and pretty nasty outside we decided to go to a place called "The Magic House" its a fun place that is all indoors so we could let the kids just run around and explore. However I don't think we were the only ones with that idea...it was pretty packed that day! But that didn't stop the kids, they had a blast!

Future President?
Or maybe future Construction worker?
And of course what trip to St. Louis would be complete without going to the Arch? If you haven't been to the arch and you are ever in St. Louis I would recommend going up! To make it to the top you get into these little "pod" type thing that is small, and they get as many people in them as possible. So everytime I have gone up in the arch I have taken the silly, yet for me traditional picture, trying to get everyone's head in the picture. They rarely turn out, but it's fun to try. Here is our best!
A view from the top
On our way down Colby kept himself busy....I know one day he will kill me for taking this picture, but I think it's so funny and cute!
We also were able to slip one quick trip to the temple in, which was so nice! I haven't been there since my mission and it was so fun to be back, and to be with my husband!
And somehow in the midst of all the Holiday stuff and all the activities, we welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the family. Tiffany and Matt welcomed their first baby into the world. Kynlee Jean Theobald. She is a cutie and will be a heartbreaker, no doubt!
What a fun month we spent together as a family! More to come I promise!
