Our lives are pretty predictable. We go to work, come home, spend a little bit of time together, and then we go to bed. On a good day where we aren't too busy, we make it to the gym. But on the weekends we try and make the most of it and take advantage of this wonderful area we live in. So we have some pictures to show you of our outings! Hope you enjoy them!
Our first adventure was heading back down to BV for my favorite band "Colors". They are a band that I fell in love with when I attened BYU and for some odd reason they came to SVU of all places. Crazy! But we had so much fun being there and we even got to meet them after the show! It was grea! Layne and A2ron...you two missed out!!
On way back Cam drove the bike up to DC. You would think that the weather would be starting to get nice but we were wrong. Cameron had to drive his bike all the way home (3 hour trip) in the freezing cold. We would stop ever hour and he would get into the car and warm up and we even stopped and got hot chocolate. It took about 5 hours for us to drive home. When we got home we made our first fire and warmed up which felt so good, especially to Cameron.
Our next fun adventure was at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC. It was a beautiful day. And the trees were so amazing and beautiful. While we were there we even saw a Rugby match. You never know what you will run into when you are in the city, but it's always an adventure and always fun. At the Cherry Blossom Festival they had many different performers and even little kids doing karate. It was fun! It was a fun day to be outside and to enjoy one of God's many beautiful creations.
Cameron was trying to be cute...he doesn't have to try very hard though!!!!
Our next adventure took us outdoors again to some hiking trails right near our house. The views around here are so amazing. As you can see we are not professionals but we did enjoy it and we look forward to doing more of these kinds of things as the weather gets better!
Well here is just a glimpse of what is to come for all the other adventures we will have especially with the summer right around the corner!
