Here is Cameron and his dad in front of the dorms and below is us in front of the Naval Academy entrance.
The next day was the 4th and we started out by going to our ward breakfast which was a lot of fun and a wonderful breakfast. Then we came back and relaxed for most of the day before we made our big trip downtown to watch the fireworks. We thought it was going to be crazy and a long night, but it couldn't have gone better. We took Metro downtown to the National Mall. We got off the Metro and the Mall was already full of many people but we found a small piece of grass where we set up to wait for the fireworks to begin. We didn't have to wait too long before it all began! Here are a few pictures from our adventure.
It was a great firework show and even though it was a little crazy when we were leaving and trying to get back on the Metro to go home it was still a great experience and one that I am so glad we had!

great pics, and by the way, i thought you said you were HUGE...not at all...i am thinking that i beat you in that battle by a long shot. did I tell you i gained 63 pounds with jace? still working on getting the last 15 off..but it is so worth it!
Linds, I love you to pieces. I heard you were feeling huge, too. YOU LOOK FABULOUS! You look like, 5 months along and gorgeous! We miss you out here and hope you come visit CA once your little man is born. Good luck with these last few weeks; they'll be gone before you know it!

I just need to set the record straight. You look awesome! I don't want to hear any more silly talk about how huge you look. I'd love to look that good not pregnant. You two (three) are adorable.
