Shots Day

Last night we took Colby into the doctor for his 2 month shots. Both Cameron and I thought he only needed like one or 2 but we were wrong. He had 1 oral vaccine and 3 shots. However, he did so good! I think it was more traumatic for Cameron and I. The oral vaccine he ate right up and didn't spit it out! Then the first and second shot he kind of just looked up at Cameron and moved his eyebrows in a concerned look, but didn't cry. But the third shot is what brought the scream that just about made both mom and dad loose it! Cameron quickly picked him up and put his pacifier in his mouth and he was just fine. Like I said I think it hurt Cameron and I more to have him get the shots. All in all he did very well and came home and went right to sleep and has been good ever since. He is such a trooper! I think it was because of his chunky thighs- that's why it didn't hurt very much. Here is a picture with the 2 band aids on his thighs!
