Sloppy Joe's
All growing up I had a favorite meal, and that was Sloppy Joe's. And none of that Manwich junk, my moms recipe. Every year on our birthday we got to pick our "Birthday Meal" and it seems like my siblings always chose these big nice meals, and I always chose Sloppy Joe's. Even when I was serving my mission in Missouri/Illinois, a family (The amazing Fletcher Family) called my mom and got her recipe and made it for my birthday, and renamed the recipe M 1/2 E Joe's. So pretty much anyone who knows me knows that Sloppy Joe's are my absolute favorite meal. One person who knew that is my nephew Mason. While I was in California Mason-who has been cooking more and more- decided he wanted to make me, his favorite Aunt (ha ha), her favorite meal! And he did a great job! They were great! He is becoming quite the chef in his home! Thanks Mason for an amazing meal it was soooo good!

I totally forgot about that till you just wrote about the bday dinner at Fletchers! I remember why you like them...your mom's recipe is better than sloppy joe's i had eaten in the past!
