Ty's visit to DC

Cameron's cousin Ty came to DC with his school to tour and see all the sites. One of the nights we met up with Ty downtown. It was so fun to see Ty and for him to meet Colby. He even brought Colby a present- a Cat in the Hat stuffed animal, which is now one of Colby's favorites. It was also fun to be down in DC at night and see all the monuments at night. We usually go and see them all during the day, but it is so beautiful at night to see them all lit up. It was a fun night and Colby didn't seem to mind that it was little chilly and that he didn't have to go to bed at 8 o'clock.

We are so lucky to be living in this wonderful and beautiful place, but I think we are even more lucky because we live in a place where so many of our friends and family come to visit! (Hint hint...everyone should come and visit!!!) It was great to see you Ty and we can't wait to see you again soon!
