First Hair Cut

So the dreaded day came when I had to take Colby in to get his haircut. I think it was more of a sad day for me than for him. He actually did great! Here are a few pictures of how his hair looked before we got it cut.

Isn't he so cute...I love the curls. We took Colby to the lady who would cut Cameron's hair when he lived here. Her name is Veronica, and she did a great job. However, I distinctly remember telling her to just trim the front and a LITTLE on the sides but NOT to touch the back...did that happen? Guess you'll have to scroll down to find out!

So yes I am a sad sad mommy because a lot of the cut curls are now gone, however, the barber shop we went to not only gave us his first hair cut for free, but they also gave him a certificate! So fun!
It was such a monumental day, and yet another reminder to me that my little boy is getting bigger and bigger! I am so proud of Colby, he did such a great job the whole time and sat quietly on my lap while Veronica cut his hair. What a great kid!
